“Cambio de Server Change”

Como ven, ultimamente se han visto otros problemas menores con los sitios. El mayor problema es que el foro esta desconectado. Por lo que me han dicho mis superiores, estamos cambiando de servidor y la mudanza pueda causar problemas con algunas tiras y el foro.

Pero despues de 16 meses desde que lo lanzamos, estamos pensando en cambiar el formato del foro en si. Gran parte del por que estamos pensando en hacer esto es que llevo gran parte de ese tiempo tratando de construir un tema para el foro, pero no quiere cambiar. Es un aspecto tecnico que aun no puedo superar aqui en ars-comica, pero en otro sitio que estoy ayudando a establecer facilmente puedo cambiar el tema del sitio en un minuto.

Esto quiere decir que mientras encontramos forma de recuperar el foro, no puedo prometer que este ahi como lo dejamos originalmente. Pero quiero darles algo mejor en el futuro, y eso es lo que estamos tratando de hacer.

Dispensen otra vez si algunas de las tiras no esta funcionando (ya que me dieron reportes de un par que no se ven al momento) y que el foro este descompuesto. Trataremos de arreglarlo lo mas pronto posible y ojala sea mejor que antes.

As you can see, lately there have been a few problems here at ars-comica. The most noticeable one being that the forums are down. From what the higher ups tell me, we are switching servers and this could lead to some problems in seeing some of the strips and in the forums.

After 16 months of being online, we're thinking of changing the forums anyway. The big factor in this is that I've spent the better part of this time trying to skin/theme the forum to our taste without success. It's a technical aspect that we haven't been able to overcome here at ars-comica. but at another site I'm helping out with it's a non-issue since I can easily skin and theme that site within minutes.

This means that while we try to get the forum back online, we can't promise that you'll return to the exact same forum you left. I simply hope to bring you something much better in the future and that's exactly what we're working so hard to do.

I must apologize once again if you come across missing strips (as I've received reports of a few that are not visible at the moment) and that the forum is down. We will try to fix them and hopefully they will be better than before.

Hola a todos!!


Otra pequeña nota, esta vez sobre la 1207. Yuki esta hablando aqui acerca de su "basura electrolonica"... como me oyen, electrolonica, no electronica (en Ingles "electronolonical").


Supongo que Fred penso que se veia más "moe" asi...
