“Broken Promises”

domingo 2008-05-25

Lates.

I know, I know. I've been told numerous times and I try to keep that part of myself as true as I can. "Don't make promises you don't intend on keeping." I've been working hard to try and make up for lost time, but it's way more than I can make up for. I'll try to give you guys as many updates as I can, but I can't promise to make up that lost month. With all I've accumulated on my plate, translating this comic comes close to last to my mind at this time.

On the bright side, I've almost got a full week's of comics ready for publishing, so you'll at least have those few days worth of entertainment. But you'll have to forgive me if I don't update regularly until I have time to publish more. Yes, I've had a couple of volunteers message me interested in helping me translate. Thank you guys, I'll message you as soon as I can to see what we can work out if you really are interested. Also, there's only been a couple of responses about spanish forums, so I think we'll throw that into the back burner for now. At least till we have more interest, then I'll bring it up again, which could be a couple months.

If you have time and are interested in anime, I have a couple suggestions. Fred (Piro) is a big Key fan. If you haven't checked it out yet, search out "Air TV" and "Kanon" These two shows will give you an idea of where the creative mind of Megatokyo gets his inspiration from. Also, you can search out "Clannad" which is the show that recently wrapped up. If you know where to search, you will find the whole series subtitled in spanish and english, plus there's a couple of episodes dubbed in spanish produced by fans of the show. There is also a movie based on the video game, but I'd personally suggest you watch the anime before the movie.

With that said, I'll try to get back to this week's translations. Al rato.

J.
